Avion Advisory is a strategic consultancy. We provide market analysis, transaction oversight, and technical coordination.

Crucial Disclaimer: Avion Advisory is not an air carrier. We do not own, operate, or maintain aircraft. We do not provide "Air Transportation Services." Any flight services arranged are operated by third-party FAA Part 135 or EASA Part-CAT certified operators.

Our reports and advice are based on market data and technical experience. We are not a law firm or a tax advisory. All transaction structures, tax liabilities, and legal filings must be reviewed and approved by the Client's independent legal and tax counsel.

By engaging us, the Client warrants that:

• 01 They are the ultimate beneficial owner of the funds used.
• 02 They are not on any international sanctions or "No-Fly" lists.
• 03 They will provide all documentation required for AML/KYC checks immediately upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Avion Advisory for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount of the advisory fee actually paid by the Client for that specific transaction.

Asset Performance: We are not liable for the mechanical performance of the aircraft, future residual value fluctuations, or hidden defects not discovered during the Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI). The Client acknowledges that aircraft are "as-is" assets at the point of closing.

This agreement and all advisory mandates are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Munich, Germany.

Why this matters: It prevents a client from a different country from trying to sue you in their local court under their local laws.
